Who We Are
NCICC was formed in 2013 by members of Solana Beach Presbyterian Church to help immigrants navigate the complex legal and cultural pathways to citizenship.
We are a caring and dedicated team of Department of Justice (DOJ) Accredited Representatives who are authorized to practice immigration law.
We bring experience and a personalized approach to help immigrants on their pathway to citizenship.
All donations now through #GivingTuesday, 12/1, will be matched!
Our mission is to help immigrants navigate the complex legal and cultural pathways to citizenship.
Our vision is to be the most trusted and qualified provider of legal and educational services for immigrants in North County San Diego.
We serve and care about our clients on a personal level. We spend time getting to know each client and understand their unique situation.
We do what is best for each client and what is right. Our clients and students trust us to support them during every step of their life-changing journey toward citizenship.
We provide honest assessments of every legal situation, and our applications have a near-perfect record of approval by USCIS.
