Celso, originally from Puebla, Mexico, came to the United States when he was sixteen years old. In addition to starting work as a gardener, he immediately enrolled in classes to learn English and complete his GED. Celso had many dreams for the future and knew learning English and completing his education were essential to obtaining greater opportunities. It was also here that he met his wife, Rosa. Rosa was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and came to the United States at eighteen years old. Her first job was cleaning homes. Later on, the two combined their skills to establish their own landscaping and cleaning business, which they built from the ground up nearly fourteen years ago.
In addition to their successful business, Celso and Rosa are also the proud parents of two children Leonardo 15, and Melany Isabella 4. They take pride in being active parents, in both their children's education and extracurricular activities. Celso and Rosa are also both highly involved with the "Fuego Nuevo De Encinitas" a ministry of music.
In December of 2017, the couple began the process to become citizens. They took classes through NCICC at the Solana Beach library every Wednesday night for nearly a year. After religiously attending classes, Rosa and Celso became American Citizens in October of 2018. Rosa later stated that she now hopes to bring her eighty year old mother to the States, to reunite with her family. Celso, is also proud to be an American Citizen for it now affords him more opportunities to provide for his family, and ensure them a greater future.

Celso, originario de Puebla, México, llegó a los Estados Unidos cuando tenía dieciséis años. Comenzó a trabajar como jardinero e inmediatamente se inscribió en clases para aprender inglés y terminar su Educacion general (GED). Celso, tenía muchos sueños y sabía que aprender inglés y terminar su educación era esencial para obtener mayores oportunidades. Fue en los Estados Unidos donde conoció a su esposa Rosa. Rosa, nació en Oaxaca, México y llegó a los Estados Unidos a los 18 años de edad. Su primer trabajo fue limpiar casas. Más tarde, los dos emprendieron su propio negocio de landscaping y limpieza. Un negocio que construyeron desde cero hace casi catorce años. Además de su exitoso negocio, Celso y Rosa son los orgullosos padres de dos hijos, Leonardo 15 y Melany Isabella 4. Se enorgullecen de ser padres activos, tanto en la educación de sus hijos como en las actividades extracurriculares. Celso y Rosa están muy involucrados en el "Ministerio de Música Fuego Nuevo De Encinitas". En Diciembre del 2017, la pareja comenzó el proceso para convertirse en ciudadanos. Tomaron clases proporcionadas por NCICC en la biblioteca de Solana Beach todos los Miércoles por la noche durante casi un año. Después de asistir religiosamente a las clases, Rosa y Celso se convirtieron en Ciudadanos Estadounidenses en Octubre del 2018. Rosa luego dijo que ahora espera traer a su madre de Ochenta años a los Estados Unidos para reunir la con su familia. Celso, también se enorgullece de ser un Ciudadano Estadounidense, ya que ahora le brinda más oportunidades para mantener a su familia y asegurarles un futuro mejor.
